Pat Hayes began working alongside his dad soon after returning home from Florida State University in 1978. The company quickly grew into one of the premier local real estate firms; brokering residential, commercial, and land and lot sales. With real estate in her blood, Katie Hayes, received her real estate license in 2011 and now operates alongside her father Pat. Katie enjoys the process of finding the right property for buyers and the right buyer for sellers. We are a boutique brokerage specializing in customer service and representing our clients with the knowledge and experience that only comes with serving the community of Southwest Florida for over 40 years.
